Question 1

Can my freelancers see other clients?

Accepted Answer

No. Prolter strictly isolates client data by design. When you invite and assign a freelancer or guest to a specific client or task, they only see the details, files, and tasks for that exact assignment. Your master client list, agency revenue, and other client projects remain 100% invisible to them.

Question 2

Is there a limit on team members?

Accepted Answer

The free Seed tier is designed for 1 solo founder. The Grow tier supports up to 5 team members with full role-based assignments, and the Scale tier supports up to 15 team members including dedicated freelance guest seats. If your agency requires custom enterprise team limits, our team can configure custom seats.

Question 3

Do you charge extra per user seat or freelancer?

Accepted Answer

No. Prolter operates on flat monthly workspace pricing. You pay for your workspace tier with zero extra per-seat penalties or surprise fees when onboarding your team and contractors.

Question 4

How does the 14-day free trial work?

Accepted Answer

When you sign up for Prolter, your workspace is automatically provisioned with 14 days of full Grow plan access—no credit card required. You get unlimited clients, unlimited assets, and up to 5 team members. After 14 days, you can choose to upgrade, or your workspace automatically transitions to our free Seed plan. All your client data, passwords, and task boards remain 100% intact.

Question 5

How does the Seed plan work?

Accepted Answer

The Seed plan is 100% free forever. It allows solo agency owners and freelance specialists to manage up to 10 active clients, 10 projects, and 20 digital assets. If you choose not to upgrade after your 14-day Grow trial, your workspace smoothly transitions to the Seed plan with zero data deleted.

Question 6

Can I invite external contractors without giving them agency dashboard access?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Prolter includes a restricted Guest/Freelancer role designed specifically for external contractors. Freelancers receive a clean, scoped portal that only displays the projects, tasks, and digital assets you explicitly check off for them.

Question 7

How does the Digital Asset Vault protect client credentials?

Accepted Answer

All sensitive credentials, staging passwords, DNS records, and hosting keys stored in your vault are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. Workspace access is guarded by strict workspace authentication and role permissions.

Question 8

Can I export my agency data if I ever decide to leave?

Accepted Answer

Yes, absolutely. You retain complete ownership of your data. Agency owners can export client lists, asset inventories, and task records in standard CSV or JSON formats at any time without lock-in.
